“Look at me, Ethan. Am I Dark, or am I Light?”
I looked at her, and I knew what she was. The girl I loved. The girl I would always love.”—Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Magaret Stohl (via effyeahyoungadultlit)
“I call it my Life’s Library. Every summer since I was little, I’ve gone to garage sales and bought all the books that looked interesting. So I always have something to read. But there is so much to do: cigarettes to smoke, sex to have, swings to swing on. I’ll have more time for reading when I’m old and boring.”—Alaska Young in Looking for Alaska by John Green
Blair, Chuck’s best friend’s girlfriend, was sad, vulnerable, drunk and taking off her clothes, so Chuck noticed her and slept with her in the back of a limo.
She was ready to let that be a mistake from her past but he wasn’t… so he…
Although, I agree that all of these things are true and the person who posted this has a point, I am still a big Chuck-Blair fan (I hate monikers, don’t blame me). I love them because they look good on the screen together. Yes, Dan and Blair’s flame is based on mutual interests and shit and that’s always a good thing for healthy relationships, but I still can’t resist the want of having Blair and Chuck being together despite their really twisted affair. Blair is really right, if it big love stories aren’t about those who hit it off well and didn’t find anything wrong with their love. It’s always about tragedies and crappy people in relationships. If it were Dan and her all along, they wouldn’t be for a TV drama.
